What is Cherie Altea?
Cherie Altea is a U.S.-based small business founded on August 14, 2019, offering thoughtfully designed, handcrafted educational toys and decor. Our collection includes Montessori materials, sensory trays, play clips, educational boards, handmade figurines, and holiday-themed acrylics, all designed to encourage meaningful, imaginative play.

Where are you located?
Our business is based in Gilbert, Arizona, and we ship across the United States.

How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed securely through our website at https://cheriealtea.com. Simply browse our categories, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the U.S.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was damaged during delivery.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we accept exchanges for new and unused products. Please contact our support team to start an exchange.


Product Information

Are your products safe for children?
Yes. All our items are designed with safety and child development in mind. However, adult supervision is recommended, especially for small parts.

Are the products handmade?
Many of our products, including figurines and seasonal acrylics, are handmade or handcrafted in small batches, ensuring quality and uniqueness.

Do you offer custom or personalized products?
