Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on both defective and non-defective products. All returned items must be in new condition and mailed back within 30 days. While customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or defective), we charge no restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 5 business days upon receipt.
