Cherie Altea does not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges. We strive to make the return process as easy and straightforward as possible for our customers.
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser. If the gift was purchased using a gift card or other promotional discount, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund.
