- Non-Defective Items: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs if the item is being returned for reasons other than defects or damage. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. However, please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund on their end.

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser. If the gift was purchased using a gift card or other promotional discount, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund.
