3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival: We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the item is non-defective: The customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refund processing time: Within 5 business days of receiving the return

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.


5. Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for products in new condition. If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

At this time, we only accept returns for items in brand-new condition. We do not accept returns for items that have been:

  • Damaged due to misuse
  • Altered or customized

There are no restocking fees for any return or exchange, regardless of the reason.
