We currently provide standard shipping for all orders, with no additional fees for delivery. The free shipping option is available for all eligible orders, and we do not impose a minimum purchase requirement to qualify.

The total delivery time for your order is made up of handling time and transit time:

  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit Time: 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday)
    • For all destinations within the United States, delivery time typically ranges between 4-7 business days.
    • The exact delivery time may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and other factors beyond our control.

Estimated Delivery Time is provided at checkout based on your shipping address.

Please note that Cherie Altea does not guarantee exact delivery dates, as delivery times may vary depending on shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Please note that Cherie Altea is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue with the carrier.
